Is This Personal Training?
No, this is Health Coaching. Personal Training would give you a workout plan (which I can do), and then hold you accountable to that plan. Although beneficial, it doesn't get to the reason why you're not working out (beyond not knowing what to do).
Do you offer Nutrition Advice?
Of course! Generally, I won't write Nutrition Plans, but we will talk a ton about what your'e eating, and why and how to actually make changes (the Skills of eating healthy). We do that along with understanding the reasons why you might be reaching for snacks late at night and how to change those Subconscious Stories.
What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching works on being able to work on all the components that make up health, from the Mindsets you have about being healthy, to the granular details of how much you should be eating, to your individual beliefs and stories that have been standing in your way and how to change them, while feeling more inner peace.
How fast can I see the results?
You will Generally start feeling and noticing a difference after our first call. Most clients see a dramatic and marked shift of how easy it is for them to consistently eat well, in situations that were once extremely challenging for them, in about 2 to 4 calls, with long-lasting changes coming usualy within 8 to 20 calls.
